Hanley Hansen is a web and mobile application engineer with a keen interest in all things data. He is currently employed at Monetate as a Software Engineer. Outside of Monetate he is the lead software architect for Hansen Info Tech and the author of this blog.

Hanley has experience developing in high impact positions on software used by millions of people every day. He also uses his skills to develop software for non-profit religious organization. His favorite languages include Python, Swift and SQL.

When he's not building software, Hanley enjoys playing music (he plays the piano and the saxophone), binge watching TV shows and movies or playing sports. His other interests include physics, math, data science, stock trading (specifically algorithmic trading) and video games. He is also an avid reader of the Bible.
